1. Introduction

2. Services
All project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on scope and complexity. Clients must provide accurate requirements and approvals in a timely manner.
Digital marketing results depend on external factors and are not guaranteed.
3. User Obligations
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- No unlawful use of services.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- User content must not violate intellectual property laws.
4. Employment Terms & Notice Period Policy
Mandatory Notice Period
All employees must serve a minimum one (1) month written notice prior to resignation.
Failure to Serve Notice
- Employee must pay one (1) month’s gross salary as penalty.
- No experience or relieving letter will be issued.
- Pending dues may be withheld.
- Company may initiate legal recovery proceedings.
Return of Company Property
All assets, credentials, and confidential materials must be returned before final settlement.
5. Client Payment Terms & MSME Protection
Clients must pay all invoices within the agreed due date.
In Case of Non-Payment
- Services may be suspended without notice.
- Interest may be charged as per applicable law.
- Ownership of product remains with Shyno Technology until full payment.
MSME Rights
Being an MSME registered entity, Shyno Technology reserves the right to file a complaint on the MSME Samadhan Portal under Section 15 of the MSMED Act, 2006 for delayed payments including interest claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, documents, frameworks, and proprietary software remain the property of Shyno Technology until full payment is received.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
All clients, employees, and partners must maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets, client data, and proprietary information. Breach may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shyno Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination Rights
The company may suspend or terminate services for violation of terms, non-payment, fraud, or misuse of services.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in West Bengal, India.
